To assist you with the migration to the ServSafe® 6th Edition:

  • Read the Instructor Change Document identifying the high-level ServSafe 6th Edition changes.
     
  • Download and give your students who will be using ServSafe 5th Edition materials the FDA Food Code updates to study and help prepare them for the ServSafe Examination.
     

You must be a Certified ServSafe Instructor to access these tools. Verify you are a Certified ServSafe Instructor.

If you are not a Certified ServSafe Instructor, start the process to ensure you have access to the latest materials.
