Are my employees required to be certified in HAACP?
Because HACCP is currently not mandatory for the restaurant and foodservice industry, it is not required that restaurant and foodservice employees be certified in HACCP. Although, you may want to consider HACCP training for your management staff in preparation for developing a HACCP plan in the future
