ServSafe Alcohol ApprovalServSafe Alcohol can be used in the State of Florida. However, to qualify for the Responsible Vendor Program, it must be administered according to the state requirements. Please select the link in the Implementation Requirments section below for more information.

Training RequirementsVoluntary

Mitigation BenefitsOperators who voluntarily participate in the state’s Responsible Vendor Program may not have their license revoked or suspended if the employee who violated laws completed training before the violation. The Division may also lessen the severity of penalties.
