Code requirementSee local jurisdiction for more details. Riley county currently requires manager certification. A food safety coordinator must be a full-time on site employee of the food establishment and be responsible for the supervision on all food handling for the food establishment. (2005 Food Code). The person in charge may demonstrate knowledge by passing a test that is part of an accredited or approved program.
