The ServSafe Manager Online Course, Fifth Edition is flexible, convenient and easy to use. This reliable course prepares managers for certification or recertification by providing consistent, self-paced training that maximizes learner retention.

Note: The ServSafe Manager Online Course does NOT include the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination. All ServSafe Certification Exams require a Registered ServSafe Proctor to administer the exam. Find a Proctor in your area or to find out how somebody in your organization can become a Registered Proctor.
