When will the updated ServSafe DVDs and Videos be available?
These great training tools will be available Summer 2007 on ServSafe.com.

If I ordered the DVD set in 2007, are my videos outdated?
The ServSafe videos released in June 2007 were created with the foresight of the Fifth Edition. The new Video-Based Leader's Guide was built using the current videos.
There will be minor content edits made to the videos later in 2008 to better align them with the new food code and the JTA. We will communicate these specific changes at a later date.

Should I buy new ServSafe training videos every two years when they are updated?
ServSafe is committed to developing materials that are up-to-date and follow the latest FDA Food Code. The Food Code is updated every two years, and it's our mission to have the most relevant, current materials available. The videos have been developed to decrease instructor lecture time, and incorporate a blended learning approach.
