Purchase against credit terms

To help individual ARAMARK locations support our goal of maintaining food safety through the use of ServSafe training materials, the NRAS has been established as an approved vendor in ARAMARK’S Account Payable System. This means that individual ARAMARK locations can now establish account credit terms directly through the NRAS to purchase ServSafe food safety training materials. Please be aware that credit can only be arranged with Food Service Directors, General Managers, and HR Managers.

Simply follow the steps listed below to create your online ServSafe.com profile, establish terms, and gain access to ARAMARK’s discount pricing on ServSafe Food Safety Training products. Please note, if you already have a profile just send an email to NRAS ascxs as stated below (step 2).

Follow these steps to establish your account or to update your existing account:

• Create your online ServSafe.com profile
• Email NRAS servicecenter@restaurant.org the following information:
• Subject Line must read: 'ARAMARK request for credit terms'
• Body text must include:
  • First and Last Name
  • Your Position
  • Line of Business (ie. Education, Business Services, etc…)
  • UserID For ServSafe.com. Do not include your password.
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Location Name
  • Address Line 1
  • Address Line 2
  • City State Zip
  • Location Phone Number

An NRAS service representative will establish terms for your individual account, and email back to you with your account number and credit limit information.
