How do I take the exam if it’s not in my native language?
If the exam is not available in your native language, you can utilize a native language to English dictionary during the exam. You can also inform your instructor of the issue before attending the class and request that your instructor submit a Request for Exam Accommodation form to potentially have the exam read aloud.

What do I do if I think something is wrong with the exam results I receive?
Submit an Answer Sheet Review Form to the Service Center. The Service Center will investigate your request and typically respond within five to seven business days of receiving the form.
What is the passing score for the ServSafe Alcohol examination?
A passing score for the ServSafe Alcohol Primary Exam is 75%. This is obtained by answering at least 30 out of 40 questions correctly. A passing score for the ServSafe Alcohol Advanced, Proctored Exam is 80% or higher. This is obtained by answering at least 56 out of 70 questions correctly.
Where can I access my Course Access Key?
Your Course Access Key is available on Course Management under My Courses. You will see your Course Access Key under the course name. You can also click the Details button for the respective course to see the Course Access Key and all additional information related to your course. If you were assigned a course by email, your Course Access Key will be sent to the email address that the Administrator used to assign you the course. If you were assigned a course by your ServSafe User ID, your course will be in your ServSafe.com account.
