* In Maryland, the ServSafe Alcohol Online Course and Advanced, Proctored Exam (60 questions) must be used to receive credit for training. The ServSafe Alcohol Online Course and exam will only be accepted/recognized if the exam is proctored.

Attend a ServSafe Alcohol instructor-led class in the following states. Online currently not accepted:

  • Alabama
  • Colorado
  • South Carolina

The state Alcohol Beverage Control Commission (ABC) is the only accepted responsible alcohol service program in the following states:

  • Delaware
  • Hawaii
  • New Mexico
