Does the ServSafe Allergens Online Course and Assessment expire?
Yes. You have one year from date of purchase to begin or assign a course. Once the course has started, you’ll have 60 days to complete the course and pass the Assessment.
Does the ServSafe Allergens Online Course and Assessment have an exam?
Yes, there’s an Assessment that you take at the end of the course. Once you pass the Assessment, you’ll be able to download your certificate directly from the site.
How do I access the ServSafe Allergens Online Course and Assessment?
After the ServSafe® Allergens Online Course and Assessment has been purchased, it can be accessed in Course Management. Click on the Students tab and then Take Online Course. Please note, a User ID and Password for ServSafe.com is required. If you do not have one, select “Create New Profile” when prompted.
